Refund policy

Returns for refunds will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Buyer pays for return shipping. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed and insured for their full amount.

Personalized items, made to order items and custom orders are not returnable. This includes ALL items we altered or made to your specifications like ring resizing, precious metal choice, stone changes, engravings etc.

Items on layaway or payment plans, and earrings (for hygienic reasons) are also not returnable. Rush order fees and shipping costs are not refundable. Sale items are final sales.
