This natural quartz crystal is a rare twin crystal / crystal cluster with four natural, undamaged crystal points. It is a untreated, earth-mined gemstone. One side is covered in red hematite and clear quartz, the other one with tiny crystals covering the clear quartz underneath.

The quartz crystal is safely held by a sterling silver setting, dark oxidized. Bail opening is 5.5 mm. Marked with 925.
