This necklace features a genuine pallasite meteorite (Seymchan meteorite) slice. Featuring a live edge and generous olivine inclusions, some of them translucent. Polished front, and Windmanstatten pattern on the backside. Total meteorite weight is 12.69 grams.

Inlaid with a total of seven diamonds, varying in size from 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm each.
Accompanied by a 4 mm peridot gemstone (peridot is actually the same gemstone as the extraterrestial olivine inclusions in the meteorite, just in a purer form).

Set in a solid sterling silver frame, held by 3 prongs. Matte finish. Bail accommodates chains up to 5 mm in diameter. Marked with 925.

Pallasites are a class of stony–iron meteorite. This particular meteorite was found in Russia in 1967, near the settlement of Seymchan. It's total mass was 712 pounds, split up into two pieces. The meteorite consists of an iron-nickel mix (the metallic part) and olivine crystals.
