This coin was minted between 193-211 A.D. under the Roman Emperor Septimius Severus. It is an early issue coin, showing the goddess Victoria (symbolizing Victory) holding wreath and palm.
The other side shows the emperor's bust. Both sides are very well preserved with bold reliefs. The coin is about 15mm in diameter.
Fits a size US 6 3/4. Ready to ship.
The coin is safely held by a bezel setting. It was designed with a slightly rustic character to match the coins age. The back is pierced so you can see the other side of the coin as well.
The ring band is sterling silver, 2mm wide with hammered details. Hallmarked with .925.
