This gemstone is an all natural, earth mined black opal from Lightning Ridge/ Australia. It has a dark grey color with some lighter areas and blue-purple color play (best seen in direct sunlight). The back still shows natural sandy areas. It has been carved into the shape of a dinosaur tooth like they are being found in the same area. Total weight is 17.53 carats.
Set in a handmade sterling silver setting, black oxidized. Loop opening is 4.5mm.
