This coin was minted during the reign of Nicephorus III 1078 - 1081 A.D. in the Byzantine Empire and is thus an ancient 935 years old. Made from an ancient bronze alloy.
The coin depicts a Latin Cross, with an X at the center, a globus and two pellets at each end, surrounded by ornaments. The other side shows the Bust of Jesus Christ. Very good coin condition.
