This gorgeous blue gemstone is an all natural, earth-mined and untreated gemstone from the famous Ray Mine in Arizona. Sparkling quartz crystals have grown over a base of chrysocolla. The vibrant teal-turquoise color really comes alive in direct sunlight. Gemstone size is 41 x 22 mm (1.61 x 0.86 inches), weighing 50.52 carats. Crystal chrysocolla gemstones like this one are already very rare, and will only be getting increasingly rare in the future. Most are found and crushed in the process of copper mining.
