This gemstone is an genuine fire opal from Mexico, untreated and all natural. It has a bright orange color, and shows play of color in direct sunlight. It's dome shape gives almost an aquarium feeling. The opal is 16mm in diameter, weighs 12.75 carats and is safely set in a closed bezel setting.
Fully handcrafted from solid sterling silver, the ring band tapers to 5.5mm wide on the bottom for a comfortable fit. It is 1.6mm thick and and hammered with a soft organic pattern. Hallmarked with 925.
