This Mexican fire opal is an all natural, earth-mined and untreated gemstone. It was cut into an oval shape and measures about 13x10mm. Safely set in a closed bezel setting.
The opal shows flashes of blue and green fire, best seen in direct sunlight, with a mesmerizing depth in the stone. The opalized parts are surrounded by tan matrix stone.
The ring band is a comfortable 2mm wide and has a molten surface. Hallmarked with .925.
