This purple gemstone is a iolite sunstone with a beautiful dark color and chatoyancy when moved. Measures 44 x 24 mm (1.73 x 0.94 inches) Cut into an oval cabochon and inlaid with a small lab created diamond, 2mm in diameter. It looks just like a night sky, and has been adorned with a crescent moon and star.

Safely set in a solid sterling silver setting, with 4 decorative copper prongs. Accompanied by the big dipper on the back side, surrounded by a star pattern.

Bail opening is 8.5 x 7.5 mm.
