This arrowhead was made between the 6th and 4th century B.C. and is thus an ancient 2500 years old. Made from an ancient bronze alloy, it has a nice green-brown bronze patina. The arrowhead is a bi-lobed (2-bladed) and barbed type. Well preserved and still sharp with the original patina. Back in the day it could even pierce armor.
These arrowheads were made by the Scythian tribe. This tribe inhabited modern Ukraine's territory, with the southern part being a Greek colony. This arrowhead is NOT a replica, but a real ancient artifact.
The arrowhead is safely held by a sterling silver setting, dark oxidized and finished with a matte surface. Bail inside diameter is 5 mm.
